There are Police always being called, extremely noise at night, the manager is unprofessional and takes forever to get things fixed!! If...,they get fixed at all!! The whole place is infest w/ cockroaches and bed bugs!! Kids running around with no supervision and lots of drugs and alcohol!! I don’t recommend this place for anyone not even the homeless!! This place is TERRIBLE. My family and I have lived here for 10 months and it has been the worse living experience ever. Back in March, our ac went out and it was dreadfully hot. Our kids and animals were overheated. When my fiance contacted management about it, she was very rude and didn't take care of the problem till we kept calling and pestring them. My biggest problem right now, would be the infestation of roaches! It's absolutely disgusting and all over! I spent 4 hours cleaning my... apartment and a few days later, it looks like I never touched it! Roaches were everywhere! I've had to throw food away and appliances because they were nesting inside. I feel disgusting and I feel terrible that I have my children living here. After complaining to the department of health,(after pestering the office for months), pest control finally came out to spray and will finally fog tomorrow. But now? There's freaking bedbugs!! Are you kidding me!! I cannot wait to move out of here. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never lived at an apartment like this before. I can also vouch for LastKing 420. I called to find out info on the 2 bed 1 bath apartment. the lady who answered barely spoke English and had such a bad attitude. I asked if they have eviction forgiveness being that I have 2 broken leases from 2013. she says "Oh no we can't rent to people like you. no one will rent to you like that." unbelievable. a simple no would have been fine. I can tell just from the leasing office that this place is not a place you want to be living.
