Tropicana Apartments

First issue: Upon move in, I noticed weird strings hanging from the ceilings. I researched it and found out they're termite mud tubes. I notified the office and got the reply "They're harmless. It's just an old building."
Second issue: Illegal activities happen on the side road of the complex all day and night. I've seen drug transactions occur multiple times.
Third issue: I submitted a work order for a kitchen sink issue in the month of September, didn't get a mechanic until January. I went... into the office with an unrelated issue and brought this issue up and got no sympathy or urgency.
Fourth issue: I had a billing issue that the office did nothing about. During the new year time, they were updating their system and my payment was returned categorized as "incomplete order" therefore my bank charged a $30 return fee. Instead of accommodating me for this, I got attitude from the management when said issue was brought up.

All in all, if you want an overpriced apartment with substandard living conditions, terrible management, and a terrible location, then this is the place for you. Read More
