Villa Feliz

I have lived here for 8 years going on 25. I love the location and my apartment is just the right size for me. I have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, direct parking in front of my gate to the front yard, I also have a back yard and a side patio. I love the fact that the apartment only has 1 shared wall. I am walking distance to the mall and over 100 restaurants and retail stores, and they are building new businesses all the time. It is awesome, there is even a pretty decent bar 5 minutes away. I love... sitting in my front yard at night and watching movies or keeping warm with my fire pit. My neighbors are pretty quiet as well. And the icing on the cake is that my rent is under $450.00 a month, I love it because even when I was on unemployment I did not have to worry about being homeless or having to move to a cheaper apartment.
