From Homeless to Happiness
My husband & I were evacuated from our previous apartment in our bare feet and PJs when a fire happened in the units next to us.
We had to go to a hotel for several days.
My husband is handicapped so it was a traumatic experience for us both.
A friend who works at the Palms, contacted management at our old apartments to let them know they would have a unit available for us the following week.
Upon speaking withe manager, they actually had our new apartment ready in 2 days!
They definitely went… above and beyound to accomodate us.
Our apartment is beautiful and has updated appliances.
We will be forever grateful to the Palms for rescuing us.Review from Apartments.com
