Located directly on the ski hill at Fernie Alpine Resort, this condo is nestled in the picturesque Rocky Mountains of southeastern British Columbia, Canada. Fernie is renowned for its stunning alpine scenery, world-class skiing and snowboarding at Fernie Alpine Resort, and a charming historic downtown area with boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and river rafting in the surrounding natural beauty.
Quiet time is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not permitted on the deck, balconies, or inside the property. Parties are not allowed. Muddy sporting equipment must be washed before storing in the shared storage area. Work materials and supplies should not be brought into the property. No cats are allowed, and a maximum of two dogs are permitted. Heavy shedding or extremely active breeds are not allowed. Animals must not be left unattended in the property. Guests are liable for any damage caused by their pet. A surcharge will be applied if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning, or if laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. Failure to obey house rules may result in a fine of up to $1000 and potential eviction. Guests must shower before using the hot tub to prevent foaming. No glass is allowed in or around the hot tub. Maximum usage time for the hot tub is 15-20 minutes, with one person per seat. Do not touch or remove filter parts or settings, and do not turn off all the jets. Do not add chemicals or foreign objects into the spa. Do not remove the floating dispenser. Beer cans or glass breakages in the hot tub area will trigger a water change at the guest's cost. No smoking of anything in the hot tub. The hot tub cover must be handled with care and closed after use, and no weight should be placed on it. Do not use soaps or oils in the hot tub. Guests must adhere to the 10 PM quiet time and be respectful of neighbors. Pool towels should be used for the hot tub, not the unit's towels. A local company cleans the hot tub and balances the chemicals. Failure to comply with hot tub rules may result in a minimum $200 fine, plus additional costs for repairs. A vehicle is required to reach the property, and downtown Fernie is a ten-minute drive away.
