Smoking is not permitted on common property or within 6 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes. No pets or parties are allowed. Cooking or BBQing is not allowed on balconies. Guests are advised to remove dirt and snow from footwear before entering the building. Bikes, skis, boards, and other large sporting equipment cannot be stored indoors unless otherwise stated and should be stored in the provided locker or bike racks outside. A parking pass must be used during the stay and returned before departure; lost or missing passes incur a $50 replacement fee. Idling vehicles are prohibited.
