This spacious condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and breakfast bar. The kitchen comes with dishes, a microwave, a brand-new induction stove, a dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker. Cozy up by the stone fireplace in the living room and watch your favorite movies on the flat screen TV. The bathroom comes fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, and cozy towels.
Guests have use of the outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. Free parking is available on-site. Downstairs, guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage. There is also a communal, paid for, laundry room in the building for your use. If needed, you can rent a padlock for the ski locker.
Timberline Condos are located at Fernie Alpine Resort in Fernie, a small city nestled in the Rocky Mountains known for its picturesque landscapes and outdoor activities. Fernie is surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges, offering opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, and wildlife viewing. The historic downtown area features boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, and art galleries. The Elk River is renowned for its fly fishing.
Noise travels very easily between the main unit and lock off. The strata have a quiet time bylaw (11 PM - 7 AM) that requires all occupants of units in the strata not to generate noise that pervades other units during this time. Noise travels easily from the outside of the buildings. Ensure to be especially quiet on decks past 11 PM. Any complaints will result in an automatic fine of $200 to be levied against your party. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued if any of the house rules are not obeyed. If carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning, a minimum of $50/hr will be charged. There will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. Failure to return the Timberline parking pass to the unit prior to your departure will incur a replacement fee of $50 per pass.
