Fernie is a charming city nestled in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, known for its picturesque landscapes, world-class skiing, historic downtown, and abundant outdoor recreational activities year-round.
Noise travels easily between units, and quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM, with a $200 fine for violations. Smoking is not permitted on common property or within 6 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes. No pets or parties are allowed. Cooking or BBQing is not allowed on balconies. Guests are advised to remove dirt and snow from footwear before entering the building. Bikes, skis, boards, and other large sporting equipment cannot be stored indoors unless otherwise stated and should be stored in the provided locker or bike racks outside. A parking pass must be used during the stay and returned before departure; lost or missing passes incur a $50 replacement fee. Idling vehicles are prohibited. For guests staying for work, a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be applied if laundry is stained beyond recovery or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 may be issued for breaking building rules. Amenities such as the hot tub, sauna, and game rooms are subject to closure at any time without notice or refund.
