Expect to wait months to get a reply from the building manager, and empty threats from his higher ups when you complain about his inadequacies.
Rumors of bedbugs, smokers go without punishment or notice.
Poorly done renovations, fire door is attached with half inch long screws, painting and refinishing isnt ever done properly leaving unsightly repairs, half finished in your suite for the entire year of your stay.
