I've had several bad experiences. One recent is encountering the resident manager yelling and having an angry outburst in the laundry room which caused me greater level of panic. I contacted the main office hoping to hear a reassurance but no one gave a good answer. They said the resident manager will reach out to you and it's been over two weeks without hearing anything back.
