The blue cools the intensity of the orange and the orange lends warmth. Orange is best used in rooms with a large expanse of brick walls or a fireplace. Turquoise decor is bold, whimsical, and dreamy. According to About.com, it can be used in traditional and classic rooms or contemporary, modern spaces. The key when decorating with turquoise is to use it in a way that works for your space and your personality.
