HIDDEN FEES
Poor management. Never actually met anyone from management. Had a conversation with Sadya probably once and any communication after that was through email, which they take forever to respond. All units are old but they just paint over everything. No utilities included. They advertise a base rent but each month it’s something different based on utilities. One month it’s +$200 others +$300.
