Helpful Staff

The staff at Alize are fantastic. I was away for work and had a medical delivery. The team in the office helped me get the delivery to be refrigerated and safe while I was able to return.

A Great Place to Live

I have been a resident at Alize for 18 years. I originally moved here because it was close to my work. I’ve been retired for 7 years and I still enjoy living here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A neighbor had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and the staff walked his dogs for the entire time he was there. Alize is constantly upgrading the community. Most recently they refurbished the community room with new décor. All the amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff are... all experienced, courteous, and prompt. Most routine requests are completed within the same day. I highly recommend the Alize if you are planning to move to the area.

Over five years living in Alize and it’s great

I’ve lived in ALIZE for over five years and the service requests have always been excellent with response time and friendly people. I am grateful to live in a clean and well maintained gated community with my sons. The best part is not the pool which is pretty and fun but I like the garage. Thank you Alize for making my home a beautiful space for my family.

Amazing Staff, Great Location!

I have lived at Alize Apartments for 7 years. I love it here, the location, it’s very quiet, the staff is amazing. Every time I go in the office there’s actually someone you can talk to. If you’re looking for a place in Aliso Viejo, move to Alize Apartments.
