We have a great staff at Alize who strives for excellence and provides a great excellence to the families living out here. I might miss some names and would like to do a shout out for Kyle, Susan, Kyle, Juana, Teo and all the staff members from maintenance and management teams.

I have lived at the Alize for 20 years. I initially chose the Alize due to its proximity to my job. I’ve been retired for 10 years now and I still like living here. We are walking distance to the AV Town Center and a short distance to about everything else I need. The property is very well maintained as they are continually making improvements. I was there on a whim for a tour for me and my girlfriend looking for a place and the Assistant Manager, Elva took care of us, answered all our questions and concerns. Great person to work with, super friendly. Thank you for being there on a last minute situation. We're looking forward to lease with you guys.

The community is great, the leasing and maintenance team is great and the neighborhood is great. We have lots of walking trails in the area, great food options at the commons/town center as well lots of great amenities. I was just informed by the office team that we are getting a dog park and our gym is getting renovated this year. It is AMAZING how much the team cares for us residents and the community.
