Sequoia Equities Steals

This is to serve as a warning to all consumers considering leasing an apartment being managed by Sequoia Equities. The advantage of Niguel Summit apartments is solely it's location in south orange county and the work ethic of the maintenance team.

Outside of the locations climate and on-site maintenance, Sequoia's corporate management team is absolutely involved with defrauding its renters. Renters be cautious, don't go off their portal's accounting because, "they are not legally required to… provide data on the portal that aligns with your contract. Additionally, demand that your contract is provided to you in hard copy because they will unilaterally alter it and reject any requests for corrections by claiming you were only offered a 11 month, 3 weeks. Get your agreement in writing (email or any), be sure the terms are clear in said email or letter.

Don't expect their corporate office to act fairly or respond to obvious documented fraud/habitability issues. The deceptive practices are absurd and accurate. They'll exclaim that anything they do is as a courtesy to residents, but its a spin and aimed at embezzling funds from residents.

Dulce was amazing on our tour this week. She was knowledgeable, kind and made our tour experience fun! The community has an amazing view of the hills, beautiful amenities and floor plans had a lot of storage! Can’t wait to call this place home!

Beautiful community & awesome staff

I've lived at Niguel Summit for 2.5 years so far, and I'm so glad this is our home. The location can't be beat if you love the outdoors - hiking trails, botanical gardens and bike paths all nearby. It's a very peaceful place, with friendly neighbors and lots of wildlife around. The community is well kept and run. Ken & Robert are the best maintenance staff ever - always on top of any repairs or issues and just lovely people to chat with too! Some parking spots are pretty tight, but if that's the… worst I can complain about, that's pretty amazing! Like any apartment in the area, rent is not cheap, but at Niguel Summit you can be assured you are getting what you pay for - it's lovely!

Wholesome Experience

The place was wonderful with fascinating views. The staffs were actively helping us on renting; as someone new to everything here. The community appears to be extremely pet friendly! Doggo treats everywhere! Even a dog spa! Love the experience!

Best Condo Rentals & Support Staff Ever!

I have lived at Niguel Summit Condos for awhile and must say it only gets better over time! Spacious with tall ceilings and fireplaces - amazing and comfortable. Washers and dryers - we have it all!

The support staff - Tara, Dulce and Marta are always gracious and fast with any help needed. The property managers Robert & Ken are knowledgeable, efficient and get any repairs done right and quickly.

We have a great pet yard and pet salon where we can wash and blow dry our dogs! Amazing… benefit!

This year the holiday party was the very BEST! Great food, beverages and we got to know other residents and staff better on this warm and happy occasion.

If you move here - you will love it! ??
