Mariposa apartments
This complex is great to live at. I personally have lived here since 2015 for about 6 yrs and left and came back and now I have been here another 6 years and won’t go anywhere else this property is always clean and the office staff is very polite starting with Adriana and Paola plus maintenance they are all very helpful everyone always makes you feel like family and welcomed at all times. Come rent here you won’t regret it.

very nice
i recently was apartment shopping and was scared to go here because of the reviews but i think this place is great. Its actually very quiet and maintenance is very fast. The apartments are now updated and have the wood flooring and are very spacious compared to other apartments i went to look at and for a very decent price. The pools always look clean and from what i have seen even tho its summer its not too crowded like other places. There is a lot of parking for any extra car or for my guest.... No complaints so far. The office made my move in quick and easy :)

Cant beat!
I had been apartment shopping for a while, and i didn't like the apartment living. It was all too small and a little crowded. Than i finally was able to find something i liked. These apartments are actually bigger that the average ones i looked at and they feel like you actually have space. I love the floor i have as apposed to all the others that have mostly carpet. The pool is huge and never crowded and there's a lot of extra parking in the part of the side that i live on. i say its a great... price for the apartment and i would recommend it. They also let you view before you move in ask for a tour.

WELL RECOMENDED
If you like the pool its always empty and clean which is nice i hate crowded pools. i really like the landscaping its always well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful and say hi when i see them. i was a little skeptic because of the bad reviews but i think theyre exaggerating because ive had a wonderful experience living here.
