Beautiful Property and Friendly Staff

This Property is excellent, I have lived here 6 years now and they put in work to upkeep the facilities and i enjoy my daily walks with all the beautiful landscape. The maintenance staff is stellar and always quick with work orders, it is not a brand new property so things can happen but they are always taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff are very kind and make me feel like they put a genuine effort into getting to know the tenants. They host monthly resident events and are always… there when you need help. Come take a look for yourself!

RUNN

Unless you want water bugs crawling all over you in your sleep and your apartment infested with termites and water bugs don’t move here!!!!! Loud grass cutting 7am on the dot for 3 hours twice a week such a headache Management is pretty poor

Beautiful and Quiet apartment complex

I have lived here for 4 years now and it is definitely the most quiet place I have lived. Yes there is normal noise from the upkeep of the landscape and when the management company keeps up with repairs. But we are always notified of scheduled repairs before hand. The complex is very pet friendly, I've even seen someone walking their cat and pet iguana. Whenever there has been an issue in my unit as long as I bring it to the leasing offices attention they make sure it is taken care of in a… timely manner. Which submitting work orders is extremely easy with the maintenance call center. Overall I am very happy here and it has been a great place to call home.

This place is paradise!

I can't believe some of the reviews posted here calling this place horrible and such - sounds like sour grapes! Brookstone is a beautiful place to live. I have lived here for over 9 years and am very happy. I especially appreciate the gated access. The management team is so friendly and kind and there are resident events every month that I always attend. The recreation facilities are stellar - the pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, BBQs, etc. And the landscaping is wonderful. Come see this place… and find out for yourself!

Poor quality, dirty water, termites.

Home wasn’t cleaned upon move-in. Water is discolored with brown and debris comes out the pipes every day.

There are termites infesting the current building. Do not let them lie to you and tell you they aren’t.

Multiple water shutdowns for hours a day, multiple times a month. Loud grass cutting at 7-8AM on days, and paper thin windows and walls do not help those who have late night jobs.

Dog owners for the most part are fine, except 2 or 3, whose dogs relentlessly bark and run at you, so be… careful walking your children as this might scare them.
