I was resident of Cambridge Terrace Apartments for a year, I impressed with everything in this community, the most important thing which I want share with you is the manager Ms.Yuruxy was so kind, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, honest and hardworking person. When I was asking for maintenance or any work order, it was very on time managed with best arrangements. do not come here if you work nights. they tend to start their construction maintenance at 6am. and it is CONSTANT maintenance throughout the year

Sarah doesn't answer the phone when you call and the only way to make her answer is to go to her door and knock. She doesn't take her job seriously and lies about setting appointments with a repairman, who never showed up. She doesn't stick to the office hours and makes up her own time for when she wants to work. New management is greatly needed.
