great

The apartments are very clean well maintained. Management is always on duty and takes care of tenant apartment emergencies and work thats needs to be done very fast and efficient.

Great Location!

Near Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, shops, & schools. Would have given 3 stars but management is not the greatest. Overall it's located in a good area.

Can't afford to move!

Rent is fair but complex is always having water issues, dirty laundry room, unable to open our windows due to people smoking, kids can't play outside, poor management, etc.
