The Arbors at Magnolia

My favorite place to live! It is bitter sweet leaving the Arbors. Truly a place to call home. Neighbors are good, everyone is polite. Clean landscaping, nice laundry facilities, pet salon which are always opened around the clock. I have children and never once did I have a pest or bug concern. Very well kept! Maintenance requests are prompt. Never had any issues living here. Beautiful interiors and exterior. Lovely pool with bbq area. Basketball courts. Amazing management.. Elizabeth you will... be missed. I purchasd a home so I did move out, but when I say, this was and remains my best apartment by far. Huge spacious rooms and living room. I even hostel Thanksgiving and Xms at my place. Thank you Arbors for accepting my application. Thank you for being a wonderful place to raise my children. Oh, not to mention, its an active community so there are many thoughtful, small events held by the office in celebration of holidays. Lucilles food truck was my favorite. ??. Place is dirty, cats all over the place, construction has been ongoing for over 6 months and the place looks like it’s falling apart. Flies and bugs everywhere. Trash bins always full. Manager is not on site and doesn’t have any relationship with residents. The place is looking run down as time goes by and rent is going up. Not worth the price of rent.New management is needed.

There are always dog poop on lawn. So there are always a lot of flies. Also this is the first time in an apartment where cockroaches are often seen.

We moved in about 5 years ago! Great place to live, we only moved recently to be closer to work. Everyone is so nice and on top of it. Maintenance is also awesome and on time! Always felt like home.

I love the location of these apartments and the community is peaceful . The only real problem that I know is that the walls are thin and I can hear the neighbors conversations every now and then.
