Here will not be a home for you...

I am a resident of Cascade Apartments in Anaheim, a supposed smoke-free complex. Unfortunately, my living experience is marred by a persistent (more than 6 months) issue of secondhand smoke from a neighboring unit. Despite reporting the matter to the complex office, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. This ongoing problem contradicts the promised smoke-free environment and impacts my living conditions. I hope this feedback prompts the management to take immediate action and uphold… the advertised smoke-free policy for the well-being of all residents.

I am proud to call the Cascades home. The community is extremely well kept, maintenance is always swift to take care of any issues, and the apartment itself has a great layout and nice appliances. I love that I have my own 2 car garage and washer and dryer in unit. The community is extremely safe and the location is great for our lifestyle. The amenities are also better than a lot of comparable apartments: there are two pools, two jacuzzis, grills, a gym, a dog park, a playground, and a… basketball court. All of these amenities exceed our expectations and make us proud to live here.
