I live a few blocks from this house and chose the area because it is one of the safest neighborhoods I could find, making it easy to commute to downtown Sacramento for work.
What you need to apply and the conditions:
*Additional Payment Required - $106 for Garbage and Sewer paid to the landlord – Subject to increase at Sacramento Utilities District increases. Total Monthly Payment 2,966 per month.
*Renters without pets are preferred, but we may be willing to discuss one or two pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. These floors very nice and we would like to keep them that way.
*A security deposit of $3,500 is required.
*Three times the rent is required for gross income, whether that be by yourself or through combined income. To be eligible, this must be verifiable through pay stubs or other verifiable steady income . You also need at least 1 year on the job to prove financial stability.
*A credit/background check will be conducted and must be passed before any Lease agreement being signed.
*Before showing your employment and contact information will be confirmed. Feel free to call with any questions. You will be required to pay $39.95 per applicant for the credit and background check.
