I’m a current resident, and unfortunately nothing has been taken seriously until issues are posted publicly, so here it is.
Since August, I have not had central AC in my unit. Now that winter has arrived, my central heater also does not work because it is connected to the same system.
Five different companies have come out to provide quotes, yet management still hasn’t selected anyone to actually fix the unit. In the meantime, my home has been uncomfortably cold, to the point where I have to... wear multiple layers inside just to get through the day.
I spent the entire summer in extreme heat, and now I’m spending winter in what feels like ice. I’ve already been sick twice because of the temperature conditions in my apartment.
This has gone on far too long with no resolution, and residents deserve better

Mira vista hill is a great apartment community for me and my children. The grounds are kept nice neat and beautiful! The apartments are nice and spacious with plenty of patio space.
