Recently, maintenance has improved significantly, and trash disposal is being handled much more efficiently. However, some dog owners are inconsiderate and do not clean up after their dogs in the garden areas, which causes unpleasant odors and creates hygiene concerns. It would be even better if the area were cleaned daily.

Overall, I am satisfied with the property. The nearby shops make daily life very convenient, and I am pleased with the recent improvements in maintenance... and property management.

Overall, I am satisfied. The location is convenient with shops nearby, and I am happy with the recent improvements in property maintenance.

The elevators are so old that the main elevator has been out of commission for AT LEAST 3 months now. And of course they increase rent every year with ridiculous percentages. They should provide additional concessions for each month the elevator isn't working. It makes no sense to pay full price and not able to utilize everything in the building. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. My upstairs neighbors are always jumping or what sounds like stomping on the floor.

Apartment is nice. Location is relatively quiet. My unit has a roach infestation that was not rectified before move in. Maintenance and management has not responded. The property itself is not cared for well. The trash situation is gross.

Management is terrible. They are useless and never find solutions for anything. Rent is insanely high for no reason. Living here is a nightmare I would give it -5 stars if I could.
