We’ve been here for 21 years staying at Westlake Village, nice place to stay cuz it’s quiet & accessible to the shopping mall.. The only problem is parking, you have to wait till you find a slot…

Problem : Non-residents coming in cars dumping trash into bins and surrounding areas and tenants paying huge fees every month. Lived in SF and paid less for what I am paying in one month. Problem needs to be fixed.

Vivo en el 81 park plaza dr y en esta avenida, hay obras, pero veo por parte del co tratista mucho desorden con sus señales y letreros,tiradas por todos lados no veo que nadie cl trole y suoervise eso, adicional en los 15 dias que llevo en el apartamento como estoy ubicado en la parte de atrás del safeway despues de las 10 de la noches pre den un generador que hace mucho ruido, y los camiones y montacargas haciendo ruido, no ha sido una buena experiencia. No me siento cómodo

Me gusta mucho la zona es muy limpia siempre le están dando el mantenimiento adecuado es un ambiente muy agradable alejado de la ciudad ruidosa estoy muy feliz de vivir por esta zona .

Excellent maintenance team, great location and clean environment. The only issue is that the Westlake management is letting vehicles or lunatic drivers with illegal loud engine/muffler and music that really disturb the peace in the neighborhood.
