Trash has been a big issue. Many residents don’t pick up after themselves. Trash and old furniture pieces are consistently being left throughout the property and blocking entry ways at time. Another issue has been security. Doors also constantly left unlocked/open by residents and or workers. Grocery carts keep popping up inside entrances and left there.

Pretty well run place, with prompt maintenance for emergencies.
But the trash system is horrible - overflowing dumpsters, inadequate recycling bins, no place for returnable cans/bottles. Homeless people and seagulls dig through the dumpsters, throwing garbage on the ground.
There should be separate bins for clothing donations, separate bins for returnable bottles, and more recycling bins. Also MUCH more signage to help people know what NOT to put in recycling bins.

It's a nice apartment complex, there is lot's of space which means lots of neighbors but it isn't too much of an issue. Besides that I also really enjoy the fact I have the chance to get my apartment nearby the Westlake shopping center which makes for easy access for something to do or shop.
