I love the inside of the apartment they are really roomy and big all do they can use more free parking we should not pay for parking if we already live here …!

Good morning I like to say the lease specialist Wendy is very nice and supportive and answered all all all my concerns. I felt welcomed to the new community she explained everything it was a easy task not hard and with the insurance she explained how to do the task if I didn't use there insurance they recommend so I am very satisfied with Wendy at West lake as a leasing specialist

It could have been better but the noise from the outside was terrible because of constructions and the rest was okay except for the rats by the trash they be running around

Close to public transportation and market, like Safeway, traders Joe, and a lot of restaurants. The close by is really nice to and some park.

Rent is expensive. Mold and mildew can develop due to poor ventilation. Trash and raccoons everywhere. Limited Parking and parking space is expensive. Constant ticketing patrol police officers. Poor maintenance turn around time. Rental office engagement and customer service 5/10.
