It’s very convenient and close to everything I need for my everyday: transportation, grocery shopping, dining, and shopping. The maintenance services have improved since they respond to our needs immediately: leaks, lights, plugged toilet/sink.

The 3 issues I have: 1) the washers & dryers are always broken (need to report myself to company) 2) non urgent physical repairs, though acknowledged take a while to get reviewed and taken cared of: broken cabinets, rusted grills, etc., and 3) parking

I love my apartment area! I wish there was better parking arrangements! Maintenance is helpful when needed. Garbage area needs to be better for residents because I continue to see mouses in the area!

I’ve had a good experience living here so far. The community is quiet and the neighbors are respectful. Maintenance usually responds quickly when there’s an issue, and the office staff is helpful and friendly. I feel safe living here and overall I’m satisfied with my apartment
