Overall, it's been fine, but communications from the leasing office for events or emergencies is a bit lacking. For instance, I never received a notice about the shaved ice event on Thurs 9/10 until that day at 6pm I received an email, and the event was over at 5pm. Also, there were emails about water shut offs that I recieved in the middle of the time period it would be off, but I wouldn't know until I turned on the faucet and had no water. My hall closet is STILL not replaced after breaking in… November 2025. It's been measured at least twice, but hasn't been replaced. The washing machines always break down, or people just don't take their laundry out in a timely manner, so we don't do ours or take it to the laundromat, which is inconvenient. And the trash situation, while I do see that it's picked up often, there's no separate compost bin and the 2 blue recycling bins aren't even big enough for all recycling and are usually stuffed with trash instead of recycling anyway.

So far not bad but not great. Neighbor below us keep banging on their roof ceiling and calling security as we just moved in. Seems like some kinda of in intimidation but rude at the same time. For example my daughter got home late walk into her bathroom and they automatically started banging on the ceiling. I don't appreciate this as we spend alot on rent. Hope this issue can be taking care of. Thank you!.
