Living here at Renew Aster has it's pros and cons. The communication was good when I first moved in, however now it has become lacking. The Office seems to be always closed and when you try to get in touch with someone, it is difficult to reach them. It's a good area to live and stay, however I wish the property management was more accessible.

The apartments are nice, and the office staff communicates well and sends maintenance promptly when needed. However, the laundry area is very dirty and not well maintained.
