We’be had some difficulties the first month due to moving in on a lower floor close to a trash chute, would not recommend living on the third floor or below near a chute.

We have had a great experience so far. The staff is so nice and maintenance comes quickly to resolve any issues. The only downside would be the fires and having to walk down 18 flights of steps

Management has been extremely unhelpful. Multiple packages have been stolen with no support or resolution provided. On top of that, they refused to allow my 16-year-old nephew into my home after school unless I personally came downstairs, despite him having a key. Overall, management has made living here very frustrating
