Management doesn't respond to requests. Property is run down--horrible bug problem. Disrespectful maintenance staff.

Been living here for 5 yrs, its really quiet and peaceful and clean, the manager is very nice

The property is not maintained. Roofs always leak, the laundry machines are dirty and rarely work. The rent goes up every year and there are no improvements done on apartments to justify the rent going up. The manager will not give tenants the owners information. We have no idea how to get in contact with the owners.

I lived at Creekside apartments for years and I love it. I love in town next to shopping schools river walk park. It's nice big clean quite. Pets are welcome here. Apartment manager is nice understanding respectable. I love going to the pool in the summer and to the spa in the winter.

Lived here for over 4 years and the experience has been fantastic. Beautiful scenery, relatively quiet (at least if your in a back apartment like I am, fast repairs by Moses the maintenance guy, very understanding and responsive land lord in Antoinette, nice pool and spa area thats been surprisingly not overly busy allowing my wife and myself alone time in both, and incredibly reasonable rent.
