Pacific Terrace

The positives: The actual studio apartment wasn't in too bad of shape and is affordable. The carpeting had been redone recently, the complex provides a refrigerator, there is ample parking, water is paid for. The management are courteous and respond back quickly.
The negatives: There was mold near the vent that I put in repair requests for that were ignored for over three months. The appliances were out of date and in rough shape. I would not recommend going out after sunset (or at all). My… mailbox (along with several others) was broken into and it is not uncommon to see a parole officer car parked outside the complex in the mornings. I have never had a problem here i'm actually appalled at the other reviews. I have lived here 15 years and never seen one bug this place is not luxury living but very affordable. I have really good friends who live here and the managers are amazing. Clean your house people maybe that's why u have bugs!

I use to live at Pacific Terrace Apartments. I lived there for two years and had to move because my job relocated me if it wasn't for that i would still live there its a nice place to live. I heard form people that lived there years that Pacific Terrace use to be really bad with gangs and violence and that the new managers really clean it up. I did not see anything really crazy happen while I lived there you would see the police here and there but really just minded my own business and kept to… myself.
