This place is bug infested and over ran by stray animals! Landlady is extremely unprofessional and lazy! The premises are filthy inside and out! One of the worst places i have ever had the nightmare of living at! Drug infested and a sanctuary for homeless people and theifs! Manager does nothing about fixing problems and maintenance crew literally does nothing to permanently fix anything only temporary fixes like black tape on AC leaks and duct tape on vents and super glue to fix sinks and... toilets! The only care to steal your money and sit around and gossip instead of running an apartment complex! I would never recommend! Read More

This place is one of the worst places I have ever lived. There are mice, cockroaches and flies everywhere. It is also extremely noisy. And people are allowed to do drugs while hanging out outside. Disgusting.

"This is a great apartment if you want to have things close at your convenience. Down both main streets are grocery stores, gas stations, entertainment areas such as the Mall, movie theaters, and shopping centers. If you like eating out there is plenty of that around, Olive Garden is literally across the street. The University is also very close by, including other schools so I would defiantly recommend this area for students or parents. The place is actually very quiet and peaceful both... throughout the night and day. its clean and well maintained. There's an emergency number for after hours and manager lives on site which is great. The only downfall is when emergency services pass by the sirens can sometimes be loud if the window is open.
