Great Spot!

Great spot to live, the photos just don’t do it justice ! Management is nice and works with you to the best of their ability. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Parks and pools in walking distance and very clean laundry facilities located on site. Don’t wait to snag a spot, they fill up fast!!

Relocations transition

I love my complex... its location is Ideal, right next to all the shopping, the school bus stops at the complex.
Everything is Ideal. Management is Awesome!

I moved here while relocating to Bakersfield, I did not plan on staying heren 3 months until me and my husband got better paying jobs... well 3 years later and I am still here. Its hard to leave. Honestly its not the best looking complex, but management is always dont things to make the curb appeal better. The interior is what management is... upgrading first. the units are spacious and upgraded. Management is why I stay. They really care about their residents. as long as you communicate, but don't take advantage.

I recommend everyone to Village lane Apartments as the best stepping stone apartments in Bakersfield!!
