Westchester Place Apartments

I have been living here for about 2 years now and I enjoyed my experience with the previous owners more then I do now but this is still a solid place to live especially for someone looking for their first apartment.

Located just on the outskirts of downtown there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. are all within a few minutes of the apartment. Location is right on the corner of elm street and it is very quiet, I've never had the fear of a break in or any security related issues. It is... very quiet around here, the apartment itself is pretty nice appliances are a little older but run great I haven't had a problem yet.

If I have one complaint it's that the AC units are very old and I see a huge spike in my electricity bill during the summer months. Manger lives on-site, she is not very helpful and office hours vary a bit but when you can catch her issues are resolved quickly. The owners are on site every couple weeks and are very friendly they have done a few renovations since taking over, I wish the manager would be replaced with a more professional manager and this place could be even more enjoyable.

Bottom line it's a great starter apartment in a great location with a lot of nearby conveniences. It's quiet, safe, reasonably price, and a pretty comfortable place to live! Consider Westchester Place the next time you're in the apartment market. Read More
