Dalewood Downs Apartments

I have been living here for years, never had an issue with anything or anyone. I love the area, the complex, and my neighbors. I feel comfortable and safe here, that my family decided to move into their upgraded units and it has been the best decision ever. Management team and maintenance are easy to get ahold of, whenever there is any issue I can count on them, You would need to live here to make your own experience and not take it from someone else. This is certainly the place to call home.

So I lived here about a year ago and I looked online to see what kind of apartment it was saw a few bad reviews but I needed to move quickly. Let me just say if I knew then would I know now I would have rather lived on the streets. This is going to be the review that everybody should read as a warning for every looking into this place. I was afraid to sleep in my own bed because of the roaches. I didn't even cook in my house I ate outside because it was so disgusting. I get that sometimes we're... on a budget and we need something affordable but it's honestly not worth the miserable time that I've spent there. I voice my concern to management multiple times till I was blue in the face even spoke to the owner face-to-face and they still wouldn't let me out of my lease. They had people spray almost every week still didn't do anything the place is small has no storage space but honestly the worst thing was roaches. like I said in the beginning I'd rather live in my car than ever live there again please learn from my mistakes and never be put in my position when I lived there. Clean place, they have someone who cleans premises and neighbors are respectful. Glad I moved here with my family. Been here for a couple of years now. New management is on it constantly checking what can improve. Check it out guys! :)

Onsite management is extraordinary friendly and the maintenance crew, unit was exactly as shown as advertising, it was a Saturday evening and property was fairly clean and quite when I can to see property and still is since I moved in. This is definitely a place to call home.
