Best manager ever

James is the best manager ever he makes sure the property is always clean maintenance is taken care of quickly and makes sure to keep people out that don't belong here.

The managers don’t do crap. The laundromat is always a mess and people park where they’re not supposed to. What’s the use of an on-site manager when he doesn’t do anything?
