Not happy at all. First of all itis so hot. I have to spend on my light bill just to maintain cool. The rooms are 80° or hotter the parking arpund is horrible just want to break my lease n leave asap.

Northwind is a great place to live. They keep the outside area clean. Any problems or complaints they get on it right away. Very friendly. Even the neighbors are friendly. This is a pet friendly community and even though I don’t like dogs, you really never know that they’re here unless you see the owners walking them.

Called inquiring bedrooms available

Called to see if they have any availability to tour the Units they had available and the woman I spoke to was very disturbed that I asked for information she quickly asked if I was buying today instead of hearing me out,
I honestly couldn’t stand talking to her anymore so i just hung up
They are not friendly at all and don’t make the process enjoyable
Glad i didn’t give them any of my time
