This is a very private railroad-style cottage (each room is entered via the previous room) nestled into the large backyard of a classic Victorian home. Set back from the street behind redwoods and an ancient olive tree, it comes with a private patio and sitting area, plus enough garden space to plant some beds with flowers, herbs, or veggies (if you so desire).
Everything was new and upgraded in 2023: New tiles, countertops, and cabinets in the kitchen, tiled shower in the BA, hardwood floor in the living room and all bedrooms, new Fridge and Washer/Dryer, and fresh new paint everywhere.
The airy kitchen features a gas stove and refrigerator, new fridge, plenty of new cabinets, and a new skylight. The bathroom is separated into two areas by a sliding door; the first has a sink and the laundry (washer/dryer), and the next has the toilet and shower. To the left of the kitchen is the living room and three bedrooms (of office spaces) that are small but functional. The third bedroom is at the very back of the cottage and could be used as an office or studio.
There is a large picture window in the living room, many skylights looking up into redwood trees, and French doors leading outside to the patio. The patio is surrounded by vines and shaded by lovely redwoods and a fig tree, with room for grilling and eating outside and a cat or small dog to play.
