One bedroom is generously sized (see photo--the current tenants are using that as their LR); the other is smaller and could also serve as a quiet office with a view into the side yard. The current tenants (a lovely couple in their early 30s) lived here happily for 2+ years but one of them got a job offer on the East Coast and thus they would like move out by July 1. Before that, two graduate students shared the space. Some 25+ years ago, I (still the owner) lived here when I started at UC as an Assistant Professor, and I still love the house and the location, so I want to keep it all in good shape.

The flat is not yet empty and I just found out that the garden needs some love and attention--I hadn't seen it in a while but we can deal with that. It's available for move-in by July 1.
