Can't wait to move in!
I haven't moved in yet, but after researching Collab@Oxford thoroughly, I'm genuinely excited about what's ahead. The location alone sold me. Being able to walk to campus is such a game changer as a student.
What really sets this place apart, though, is CollabHome as a company. They actually have programs that let residents earn money while living there, which is something I've never seen another property offer. It shows they actually care about their residents' wellbeing beyond just collecting... rent.
The amenities are a big bonus too. The grill, elevator, and overall building quality feel like a step above typical student housing. I love that it feels like a real community rather than just a place to sleep.
Genuinely looking forward to calling this home. If the experience matches the research, this place is a hidden gem for Berkeley students.

Solid Place to Call Home
The community feels peaceful, and it’s a nice place to come home to after a long day.
So far, maintenance has also been reliable. Whenever I’ve had a request, they responded quickly and made sure the issue was fixed properly. The management team has been helpful and easy to communicate with, which I appreciate.
The unit itself is spacious and comfortable, and it was clean and in good condition when I moved in.
Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience living here. I’d definitely... recommend it to anyone looking for a place that’s convenient and well-managed.

Great location and smooth experience
Overall, I’ve had a pretty good experience at 1773 Oxford St. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re around campus, and everything is within walking distance. The units are clean and functional, and the layout works well. Management has been responsive when issues come up and usually tries to resolve things quickly. Communication has been smooth, especially for showings and general updates.

The location is perfect
The location is perfect for UC Berkeley students. It’s just a short walk to campus, restaurants, coffee shops, and public transit. What really stands out is the management team (Collab) — they’re responsive, professional, and actually care about their tenants. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted was handled quickly.
