Our experience living here for over a year has been mixed. The unit itself is decent, and the rent is reasonably priced. However, the previous management was largely unresponsive. I reported smoking coming from a neighboring balcony, but no action was taken. This raised concerns about how consistently lease agreements are enforced, particularly in improving the living conditions of current tenants.

Cleanliness within the community could also be improved. While the carpets have seen some... improvement under the new management, the stairways still need regular cleaning. These issues are tolerable, but they would not prevent me from moving elsewhere if a better option became available. Read More

Great community to live in! There’s so much to see and try around the complex as well as the neighborhood. Staff is helpful and the neighbors are friendly!

This place is terrible. The staff are uncaring, doing things like changing the door codes without posting notices so that me and many others came home on a Friday night only to find ourselves locked out. When I complained, they acted like being locked out in the middle of the night was not a big deal. The floors are covered in trash stains and the hallways smell bad. Packages go missing all the time. There are thieves in the building and the management have done nothing to stop this. cameras everywhere for nothing. You are not safe here and would highly recommend that you look elsewhere. This property is aweful

This place has no camera in corridor and so far two of my packages were stolen. Be very careful that don't care about that.
