I’ve been living here for a year and want to share something. First of all, as the apartment is near the street, the traffic is very loud even when windows are closed. Also, if someone is talking in the corridor, you can hear them clearly. Otherwise, it is quite quiet. There is a need for maintenance about once a month. After submitting the maintenance request, usually someone will come to repair it the next day. But other than that, the leasing office does not reply to the messages in the... email/text message/portal at all. They also reply optionally, for example, if you send 5 emails, it may take several days for them to reply to one of the messages, which is so disappointing. It feels like they don't exist at all. Amazon's things will be placed in the locker, which is very safe. Other packages deliveries will be placed on the ground. If you don't pick them up for a few hours, they will be stolen. Residents need to pick them up as soon as possible. The ubereats delivers can't come in, and you have to go downstairs to open the door for them every time, which is very troublesome. Other things are not bad. The storage in the bathroom and kitchen is good, and the furniture is well maintained.
