I really liked the apartment—it had a clean and modern feel, with plenty of natural light that made the space inviting. The layout was practical and made the rooms feel more spacious than I expected. The kitchen was updated and functional, which I appreciated, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The location also seemed convenient, close to shops and public transportation. Overall, I left with a very positive impression and could definitely see myself living there.

Happy Parent!

The Durant has a great apartment! It’s conveniently located, safe, and offers modern amenities for my daughter. It’s clean, quiet, and has an excellent rooftop for studying. My highest rating and biggest compliments go to the staff! Angel is super responsive and genuinely cares about my daughter and me. She is easy to reach, always professional and caring, and goes above and beyond to help! This is extremely helpful with my daughter so far from home.

I really enjoy living here! It is located extremely close to Haas School of Business, close to a lot of restaurants on Durant, and has all the necessary facilities! The view from the rooftop is amazing and the study lounges are also very helpful! The only thing missing to complete this community would be a gym/fitness room :)

I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The space is well-designed, comfortable, and always kept clean and well-maintained.
