Saddleback

Saddleback is a gated condo apartment community. Some of the units are owned by private companies or by individuals and rent them out. I live in the part of Saddleback that is owned by Davlyn and managed directly within the property. In other words, I literally live in Saddleback. It's quiet overall. My apartment faces the pool and I barely hear people in the pool except when kids are screaming. There is a security who walks around. The gym is ok but, the room needs to be updated. Management is... good too although, sometimes she's forgetful on issues and you have to remind her. One problem I have is the gate, sometimes non-residents will follow residents in the gate and you really don't know who's coming in. Several times I've had others park in my spot but, usually threatening to tow fixes that. Read More
