Don’t go with cannon management

Been with them for years and ever since they bought out Dakota apartments the new owners don’t want to pay to fix anything the washer buttons are upside down ac when out and they said there’s a waiting list and that’s it’s ok because it’s not that hot so they’ll see when they fix it. Club house doesn’t have AC either

Very Happy

November 24, 2023 We moved to Dakota in September 2021. From the beginning the entire staff here excellent. Jessica and Misti were very responsive in the office. John and David maintenance staff also very responsive. Work order request handled very efficiently. Any noise which is very little is tolerable and expected in close quarters living. The property is well maintained. We have no complaints!!! I would only suggest to the owners of property. Please consider trimming the trees. They are very… messy when dropping leaves. We highly recommend Dakota living and we are very happy here.

Dakota Apartments

We moved to Winchester from Orange County. After 6 months we rented at Dakota. We were quite impressed with the apartment. Very clean, well maintained. Overall in very good condition. The office staff were very helpful throughout the application process. We were kept advised as the procedure progressed. After move in there were two very minor maintenance issues. These were handled within one hour. Both office staff and maintenance staff very professional. The grounds are well maintained. We are… Thankful to the entire staff here at Dakota Winchester. Thank You for making our move pleasant.

Overpriced, Poorly Built Units With A Nice Exterior

The apartments look nice from the outside, but that opinion quickly changes after the first night. Walls and ceilings are very thin and do nothing to dampen noise. You'll be able to enjoy the music your neighbors are listening to at midnight on a work night. You'll hear your neighbor's dogs running and jumping around. Best of all you get vagrants roaming the complex at night and leaving their trash in the bushes come morning.
