Today. I still lived here and I couldn't not expected things happening into our apartment. I find white roaches and the manager were not doing anything yet. It's been 2 months or month's since my parent's contacted the manager but yeah. Still today white Roaches and More Roaches. Oh BTW they even send a exterminator to remove some roaches or PROBLEM I GUESSS. No wonder why the last people lived at my apartment just broke everything. Piece of trash apartment More money to spend. Yeah still here... living getting sick waiting for that manager and exterminators I said exterminators because waiting for more excuses to this manager or idk fake management to come. Every night I witnessed flying roaches and I even accidentally ate one or more ofc I am surely suprised I would taste that. We try to contact the person at #1 which the care taker they said that we know the manager. :) Front gate actually all the gates. Btw WE CAN'T EVEN USE water FROM THE BACK OF OUR PATIO.... they said they are not allowed to open it or something okay okay okay I get that until I saw my neighbor using theirs NOW EXPLAIN.... To this apartment I am so tired of squishing some roaches at my house and my whole money goes to buying raid because u guys not doing your job. They don't even allow service animal here. Like cmon now. I have mold at my bathroom like someone died in there then our sliding door been broken and I even asked Andres if he could fix it for me well... ofc can't trust any of them. The area is great & that is why the rent is so high i believe. however, the location alone is not the only factor to consider. Owner doesn't like to maintain the apts & if he does, he raises the rent. Also, there are pests like cockroaches & no surveillance cameras even though there have been maaaaaany car break-ins withing the "gated" parking lot. Its a gated community, but the gates are always broke as well.
