Long time renter here.
I have been a renter here for about 11 years, I like this location. I give this place a low score please see below:
1. The parking rules are not enforced, and it seems like certain people are allowed to have three vehicles. The visitor's parking is always occupied by the same residents. people are parking in out parking spot 2 to 3 times a week requiring us to park on the street. The south apartments are so hot in the summertime that we all have to sleep in the living room, this is the only… room that has heat or AC. It just seems the cost of these apartment is way too high for what it has to offer.Review from Apartments.com
