This is a four-plex located steps away from Burbank High School and very close to the Burbank Media Center Mall. All prospective residents of 18 years of age or... older must submit an application and provide documentation. Any minors will be listed as occupants on the lease agreement. A 12 month lease agreement is required. Renter's Insurance is required. Applicants will be screened using guidelines of credit, income verification and past rental history. Credit and eviction search will be conducted prior to approval. All applicants must be prepared to provide requested documentation and allow for verification.
