Wonderful experience with Josie

My boyfriend Adam and I have had a wonderful time living at Valley Apartments. We were in a bit of a transition and were sharing a studio for a 12-month lease, along with our two small dogs. The apartments checked off everything on our list - A/C, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, laminate wood floors, bright and open. The community is also very dog-friendly, and it's been a great place for Milo and Jetty to be. Josie lives here on property and has been very attentive to our needs throughout our… lease, and she even helped us when it was time for us to move to a bigger place. She was flexible with us regarding our changing needs with parking, which we really appreciated. Last but not least, Valley is located in the heart of Toluca Lake, which is probably its biggest asset. It's rare to have a place here at this price point, with all the amenities it has. I highly recommend Valley Apartments to anybody looking!

Beautiful Apartments

My husband and I moved-in four months ago, and we are pleased with the apartment, community , the manager Josie and maintenance. The building is well kept and also dog friendly, with a well equipped fitness room and pool. Most of the apartments have an ample amount of storage space. So, If you’re looking for an apartment building that’s dog friendly, underground parking and in a nice neighborhood as well as a Manager that’s forth right and honest.. Valley Apartments is it!!

There's no place like home--Valley Apartments!

Before we moved into Valley Apartments, I had spoken to Josie, the manager, twice all the way from KY. Josie was very professional and caring over the phone. I explained to her that we were having trouble finding a place to live just from using the internet. My family and I decided to go to Cali to see the property.

We literally had one day to find a home before we had to head back to KY. Upon arriving in Burbank, Josie contacted me with their sister Apartments to view as well. We did… view the property before meeting Josie. We liked it, but upon meeting Josie and seeing how much she truly cared about her tenants and us, I knew where my heartstrings were tugging.

We saw the apartment unfinished and just took Josie's word about how the apartment would look. When we moved into the apartment the following month, the apartment was even nicer than I had anticipated! Also, we arrived while Josie was on vacation, but she made sure we were able to get into our apartment--4:00 in the morning, as well as took time from her vacation to help me get familiar with the stores in Burbank. She went beyond the job description of a manager!

If you are looking for a nice, safe place to live, along with a manager who truly cares about her tenants, then I urge you to look no further than Valley Apartments! What more could you look for than a beautiful home, a professional, caring manager and fabulous, respectful neighbors?!

Valley Apartments drew us in, but Josie made us want to stay!!!!!
