Live anywhere else.

New owners have left the place a mess. Constant construction that disrupts tenants, with no communication from the landlords. Trash and spills that aren't cleaned up. Broken garage gates that take 4 months to fix. The list goes on. Live literally anywhere else.

Don’t recommend

Way too expensive for what you get. In-unit washer dryer never has worked. No natural sunlight in apartment. Car break ins happen frequently. Walls are paper thin.

NOT SAFE

There are numerous break in, property damage and the management does not take the necessary precautions to protect its residents. Homeless freely walk in to the property and urinate everywhere. Best stay away until they take more effective measures to keep residents safe.

Do not rent from them!

It’s one of the worst buildings I’ve ever lived in, especially for the price.
Faulty appliances, mold issues, poor management, small apartments with awful layouts, loud and non functioning exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Also, they are constantly “testing” the fire alarm systems. Do not rent from them or any AIMCO property.
