The apartment is newly built, so the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The office staff are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, I’m satisfied with living here.

However, there is occasionally an unpleasant smell from outside that resembles something burning, possibly oil. It would be helpful to know the source of this. The smell can sometimes be noticed even in the garage.

One Adrian has been an excellent place to live! The amenities are top-notch, and the services are impressive, making life in the Bay Area so comfortable. The new units have everything you need—hardwood floors, AC, clean spaces, and large windows that bring in lots of light. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and the staff is always supportive. Highly recommend!

My experience has been great so far. As one of the first families to move in, I've found everyone to be welcoming and friendly. I love the convenience of the gym, and the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxation. The easy access to the freeway and Millbrae BART is a big plus, and the nice weather, along with plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores, makes the area even better.
