The staff at La Valencia is very responsive. I shared my concerns late on a Thursday and everything was handled to perfection on Friday morning. Great team! Really super nice people!

My family & I really love it here. The location is great, the setting is always clean, and the staff is very solid. Special shotout to Shannon who always greets us with a smile, super helpful, & gets things taken care of whenever we've had an issue.

I absolutely love living at La Valencia! Location is amazing and the neighbors are great
The staff in the office, especially Omar has been so kind to me and my family and has always been willing to help and go the extra mile for us. My kids have made friends here and they love the pool! Thank you La Valencia!

La Valencia is a very nice apartment complex, it is quiet, always remains in order and clean. I lived here for more than a year and a half, spoke with many advisors and managers, and I can say that Omar is the kindest, most efficient and diligent employee. I do recommend La Valencia!
