I have been studio hunting for a few months now, Linda made this experience very easy and simple for me by going over all the details and everything I was looking for as a first-timer moving to SF. She went over the application process and all the perks that come with being a resident there. I love that the building has a private parking garage and laundry room which is very rare to find in downtown SF.

I've searching for a new place to live in SF for the last 3 weeks, and Linda was before the most professional and thorough tour guide and leasing agent. She was very friendly, personable, and provided detailed insights into each property that I was interested in. I signed a lease in no time after my experience.
Giving the property 4 star rating (only thing stopping me from 5 star is the age of the building with respect to newer properties available, but price is great!)

I’ve lived in this building with my mother for about two years now. The current Manager is amazing and really cares about the building and tenants. The location is so convenient and close to everything, we don’t have a car so that makes it ideal for us.
