    Maintenance and Management Team goes above and beyond!

    The title says it all. I’ve been living at the Franciscan for 2 weeks now. Jeremy and the rest of the maintenance team is extremely responsive to all of our needs and work really hard to make sure everything is done quickly and efficiently. Jay, the property manager, is kind and helped us through the whole process.

    Any negative reviews you see from more than 6 months ago are directed at the old (bad) management team. The new management and maintenance goes above and beyond to treat their    … guests well.
