Roaches! Unsafe neighborhood. Horrible neighbors. Dog and cat poop all over. Flies all over. No repairs from owner. Drugs used on premises.

This Property Is The Worst!
Horrid experience living there. Greedy owners charge up the arm for mediocre, old building in bad neighborhood. No updates to the exterior of the property in a very long time. Prowlers on the property frequently because the gates are always left open and unlocked (frequent car vandalism). No security cameras. No amenities at all except for one washer/dryer. Frequent rent increases for no good reason. Just live somewhere else.
