Happy to be back!

It always feels like home. I’ve lived at two of their properties - and now I’m glad to be back again. I’ve always been very happy at this apartment complex (and at the other one too). Everything is cleaned and maintained regularly, so you’re not grossed out when walking around the place. All the staff (both office & maintenance crew) are friendly and accommodating, making sure that concerns are looked into and fixes are done in timely fashion. The units themselves are pretty spacious; currently… I’m in a studio and it’s more than enough space for me - and the closet is a great size (I was actually surprised how deep the closet is, and my goblin tendencies appreciate this for storing all my stuff LOL). If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is definitely one of the good ones!

Water problem, bad services and facilities

Always had water problem almost every week. They fix my tap yesterday and said i cant shower until tommorow. Today i take a shower at 10.23am with full of soap and they turn off the water without notification or even wait for me to finish. So disappointing.

Would NOT recommend this place

Pros: apartments look okay for the price.
Cons: since the day we moved in here there was water shut off EVERY SINGLE WEEK. We asked the management why there’s a water shut off ? And all they could say was it will be fixed in a week but it’s been a year and nope nothing has been fixed.. They have to put notice on the doors that now they installed a cliper by everyone’s door!!! Sometimes they shut off the water without a notice. So if you are in the shower, good luck. 2 times they broke in to the… cars inside of the parking and we have security in somedays only. If you break anything or your drain get clogged or anything YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT which I don’t think that’s legal. They make a mistake with your contract so be careful. Good luck living here.

Quiet, Friendly, Convenient

I moved to Americana Warner Center in October 2014. Moving from Sacramento I wasn't certain what to expect about living in So Cal and without personal references you're never certain what living at a given apartment complex will really be like. From the moment I began the application process at Americana Warner Center though, I knew that at the very least I would be surrounded by a very friendly staff. Ana, Jennifer and Mario were all helpful through the application process and my move in, and… have been ever since! I haven't run into any real problems since moving here, but I know that they stay on top of any issue that arises and are super friendly and welcoming. All of the staff here are great!

The complex itself is beautiful. A jacaranda tree blossoms in the middle of the complex and they recently refurbished the pool, hot tub and fitness center. I really do love it here. Although close to hospitals and busy streets, the complex itself is very quiet and the controlled access definitely gives me a sense of peace; I never feel uncomfortable walking around the complex at night.

My apartment is a 400-some sq/ft studio and is surprisingly spacious. I work from home a lot and need space to store books, hats, office materials and I have plenty of space to work and live in what would seem like a small living space. The built in bookshelf was a very nice addition!

I'm very grateful to have landed at this complex for my first experience living in So Cal and if not for needing to move further south for work and school I would definitely have renewed my lease!
