We moved here back in 2012, with the old owner and mgmt team. We absolutely loved the courtyard and how clean and well maintained the apartment was. The manager always answered our calls or maintenance needs. Not long after, the management changed, and I started staying home due to a high risk pregnancy. The first time I turned on our oven, it started smoking and the alarm went off. We contacted the new maintenece guy since we had no official manager yet, and he told us to clean the oven. My... husband scrubbed everything inside out, and it still smoked as soon as it started heating up. The maintenance guy refused to check any further so I demanded to speak to the owner since he stated the owner is the only one allowed to make decisions but we aren't allowed to contact them. What?! After numerous clashing and arguing, the owners assistant came by and yelled at us and didn't let us explain anything. They refuse to fix anything. They charge you for water, gas, sewage, and trash. They don't charge for the water you use, they charge according to how many people are on the lease. There's units with at least more than 5 people living there with probably only one person under the lease for a one bedroom here. They probably pay for one persons water usage. This place is ridiculous! As soon as we have money, we are out! The new management is a joke. The benches and tables are all broken in the courtyard as well. This place went downhill. You could pay for a nice apartment with the same amount you would pay here and probably water and trash paid as well somewhere else! I don't recommend this place at all. Read More
